The principle of mastering the nozzle injection pressure is: when the fabric is on the machine, the nozzle pressure can be larger. When the machine is running normally, the nozzle pressure can be smaller. The thickness or weight of the fabric is larger, the nozzle pressure is larger, and the nozzle diameter is larger. The ratio of the diameter of the rope fabric to the diameter of the nozzle is 9:10. When cooling down, it is strictly forbidden to inject cold water into the machine at high temperature to forcibly cool down.
After the dyeing machine of the sample fabric is finished, it should be cooled to 85 °C to exhaust the steam. After the steam is exhausted, the B cover can be taken. Turn off the lift motor at 70-80 °C, touch the cloth head with a hook, and cut the sample in the seam l0. The size of the cut is 150px long and about 100px wide. After the treatment, the cloth is dried on a steam tube (or oven dried), and steam is blown to make it moisture.
The sample fabric dyeing machine is effectively colored according to the light source specified by the customer under the color light box. If the color is correct, the color should be corrected and the dye should be heated and dyed. If the color and light match, the cooling and cooling can be continued. The color is only washed with hot water, and the medium dark color is particularly dark. The reduction and cleaning treatment must be strengthened to improve the dyeing vividness and fastness of the fabric. The reducing cleaning agent used should be opened, driven by the feeding tank, and should not be directly added through the operation window.
