The fabric is picked up from the dyeing bath by the cloth wheel, driven by the liquid flow from the nozzle to move forward in the cloth guide tube, and then it falls into the dyeing bath in a relaxed and curved shape and soaks in the dyeing bath and moves forward. After reaching the front end of the dyeing tank, it is lifted and circulates by the cloth wheel; the dye solution is driven by the circulating pump, and then spewed out through the heat exchanger and nozzle. When dyeing in a closed bath, the solubility of dye in the bath, the saturation value of the fiber and the diffusion rate of dye in the fiber can be increased because the temperature of the bath is as high as 1300C. Not only the dye uptake rate is fast, but also the equilibrium dye uptake is increased.
