* Lifter reel driven by frequency inverter control motor, for fabric speed up to 500/600 meters, subject quality of material.
* Liquor ratio: 1 : 6 to 1 : 8.
* Dye - 30 to 450 grams / Mtr. Sq. Fabric (polyester, polyester blend, woven & knitted fabric).
* Specially designed the heat exchanger for quick heating and cooling.
* Maximum working temperature 140°C.
* All safety device required for a pressure vessel are incorporated with machine.
* Take off reel with direct couple geared motor and stainless steel structure.
* Heavy duty low rpm pump which consume low power & high discharge of liquor.
* Magnetic water level indicator with duly calibrated in terms of liter.
* All valves are made of investment casting and stainless steel 316.
* Semi and fully automatic version with advanced microprocessor control.
* Out finish shot blasted.
