Overflow Jet Dyeing Machine

TONGHUA TH-LV series high temperature overflow jet dyeing machine is used for pre-treatment and dyeing of various top-grade knitted and woven fabrics, with both liquor and materials moving; the architecture and the design of the system and the liquor ratios are similar to the jet Dye machines. The main difference lies in the fabric transport system, which is partly driven by a motorized reel and partly by liquor. The nozzle of the jet system is based on a Venturi tube, which is replaced by a container containing the liquor; the liquor enters the straight pipe section and then flows through the delivery channel together with the fabric rope.

This over flow jet dyeing machine is designed for use in pure cotton and knitting fabrics of various mixed yarns, such as dyeing cloth plus spandex, Polyamide plus spandex, polyester plus spandex, silk plus spandex, T/C, T/R, and so on, and also for cross woven fabric such as polyester peach skin, island plush cloth, taslon, acetate-proof fabric, N/C, N/R, and various kinds of craftwork cloth.

A winch that is not motor-driven is usually located on the top side of the machine where the fabric is hung. A longer length of textile is made to hang from the exit side of the winch as compared to the inlet side. By applying the force of gravitation, the longer length of the textile is pulled downward more strongly than the shorter one. Consequently, the fabric is soaked in the bath without any sort of tension.
