Mesh Fabric
After bleaching and dyeing, the mesh fabric is very cool and has good air permeability. It is suitable for making summer clothes, especially curtains and mosquito nets.
Mesh fabric can be woven with pure cotton or chemical fiber blended yarn (thread). The whole yarn mesh fabric generally uses 14.6 ~ 13 (40 ~ 45 British yarn), and the whole line mesh fabric uses 13 ~ 9.7 double strand yarn (45 British yarn / 2 ~ 60 British yarn / 2). It can also be interwoven with yarn to make the fabric pattern more prominent and enhance the appearance effect.

* High loosening effect and even dyeing effect of fabrics: the jet dyeing liquid movement produced by the high lift host pump attains its best effect through the functioning of detwisting devic, rectifier and second impacting point in the rear, offering fabric high loosening and rubbing, while at eht same time, improving dyeing effect as well as decreasing ceases.
* Wide speed-adjusting range: Using the cloth-guiding box and impacting point in the rear, cloth can run at high speed and still be stacked in an orderly situation. In combination with the control of cloth-lifting motor, cloth running speed can be adjusted randomly between 150-600m/min.
* Nozzle: can be adjusted according to the fabrics and technologies to achieve optimal effect.
