TH-VK series rapid dyeing machine is designed for medium to large-scale production.
The TH-VK series rapid dyeing machine is the latest design and development by the TONGHUA DYEING&FINISHING MACHINERY team. It features a slide-type cloth storage structure, which significantly reduces water consumption, lowers the bath ratio, and prevents the cloth from being squeezed and wrinkled. The design is easy to operate and efficient, with a short process and a dyeing machine model equipped with a down-type cloth pipe.
The TH-VK high-temperature and high-pressure rapid dyeing machine is used for medium to large-scale production. Due to the high level of reproducibility, the results are easily applicable in large-scale production.
Suitable for all types of general knitted fabrics and the latest elastic fabrics. Very suitable for the special operation requirements of elastic fabrics and low-tension fabrics.
For the pre-treatment, dyeing, and after-treatment of knitted and elastic fabrics.
Large capacity, ranging between 300-1800kg.
Pre-mounted on a compact base plate, and easily and quickly installed on site.
Main Technical Characteristics
TH-VK rapid dyeing machine is in stainless steel AISI 316L, max. working temperature 135°C, max. working pressure 0.4MPa.
Flexible liquor ratio from 1:4 or 1:6, depending on customer request and kind of fabric. The reel speed is adjustable, equipped with an inverter and motor gear, allowing fabric speed to be adjusted based on nozzle pressure. The nozzle is also easily removable.
Automatic loading of fabric and seam detector function.
It can be used for the production of medium to large-scale.
Pressure Kier: The kier is equipped with a quick-lock and safety device (if the operator opens the lid during operation, a microswitch stops the pump and releases internal pressure). The quick-lock lid is equipped with a maximum pressure safety valve.
Main Circulation Pump: A centrifugal pump (1400 or 2800, depending on the model) with a power rating tailored to the machine's capacity. The pump flow rate is adjusted by a frequency converter to set the desired speed.
Heating/Cooling: Steam or cold water is circulated via an external heat exchanger.
Normal drain, high-pressure/high-temperature drain, overflow rising, analog level filling.
Additive Addition: Even under pressure, additives or dyes can be added to the dyeing machine via a dosing tank equipped with a metering pump and metering curve.
The PLC electrical panel enables fully automatic cycles.
