The TH-OQ series of HTHP gas-liquid dyeing machine independently researched and developed by Wuxi TONGHUA DYE-FINISHING MACHINE co., LTD. Not only inherits the advantages of airflow dying and jet dyeing, but also displays the advantages of water saying, steam saving and electricity saving. The built-in fan structure of the machine makes the equipment structure tighter, which could not only reduce the frictional loss of circulating air, but also reduce the impact of fan noises on environment and human health. The independent dyeing liquor circulation and air circulation system constitute the conditions of even dyeing and wrinkle resistance during the fabric circulation along with filleting, to make the fabric fulfill even dyeing within relatively short period of time.
The machine is suitable for the dyeing of cotton, chemical fiber and blended woven fabric or knitted fabric, but also can be used for the pre-processing and post-processing of fabrics. In addition, the machine can be used for the alkali treatment of dacron, Lycoell alkali-dissolving and fiber- -separation treatment and loose fabric preshrinking arrangement and so on.
