The use of automated equipment such as Low Tension Fabric Sample Dyeing Machines greatly improves the quality of printing and dyeing. However, in the dyeing process, the selection of various processes is also directly related to the quality of printing and dyeing. In order to obtain a leveling effect, the relevant elements must be considered when setting the dyeing conditions.

Firstly, the dyeing speed should be controlled below the leveling ability speed of the low tension fabric sample dyeing machine, so that the dye can uniformly adsorb the dye; secondly, ensure the migration of the adsorbed dye; and ensure the temperature and time of the dye diffusing into the fiber. .

In actual production, the reason for affecting the dyeing speed is not only the diffusion speed, but also has a close relationship with the stirring of the dye bath, the absolute amount of dye adsorbed on the fiber surface, and the dyeing concentration. Therefore, the dyeing speed must be set according to the dyeing rate curve measured in the actual dyeing. The dye uptake rate curve is generally determined based on the amount of dye actually dyed in the fiber, but in order to obtain the leveling effect, the amount of dye adsorbed by the fiber surface must also be considered.

Most dyes have very similar absorption curves and dye up curves due to the small difference between the amount of dye adsorbed by the fiber surface and the amount of dye dyed. Even if it is analyzed based on the dyeing curve (fixing curve), there is no substantial problem. The absorption curve of the reactive dyes and the dyeing curve are completely different. In this case, it is not necessary to study the absorption curve according to the dyeing curve, which is very important.
