The overflow jet dyeing machine is equipped with a nozzle with diameters of 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm and 100mm. Sometimes the user wants to process extra-thin or extra-thick products, he/she may ask the machine factory manufacturer to provide nozzles with diameters less than 50mm or greater than 100mm.

Light and thin fabric, such as light cotton cloth, Bali yarn, spring sub-textile, feather yarn, etc., with surface density of gram weight, 50g ~ 100g/m2, using a 50mm-60mm nozzle,

General fabrics, such as polyester/viscidity medium long wool-like fabric, T/C, N/C and other blended interweavings, surface density is generally gram weight 100g ~ 200g/ m2, it is advisable to choose 70mm ~ 80mm nozzle

Thicker fabric, such as polyester canvas, terry cloth, ring cloth, surface density is roughly 200 ~ 400g/m2, should choose to use 100mm ~ 120mm nozzle. Large nozzles above.

When selecting, first note that the diameter of the nozzle should be slightly wider than the diameter of the fabric rope (wet). The heavier the fabric, the more attention should be paid to this to prevent the nozzles from getting stuck in the seams or knots between the pieces during dyeing. Next, the disassembly of nozzle must be careful and steady, omni-directional fixed on 3 screws, and no longer shake up by inspection. Thirdly, when applying double-tube or multi-tube overflow jet dyeing machine, the density and length of fabric surface in each tube should be consistent. It has been proved in practice that the difference of surface density and length between tubes is not significant when the difference is 10% ~ 15%, otherwise there will be tube difference.
