Before the overflow dyeing machine dyes a kind of fabric, the workers must decide whether the nozzle needs to be replaced according to the characteristics of the dyed fabric. The larger the opening diameter of the nozzle, the smaller the nozzle hole formed between the nozzle tube and the faster the dye liquor jetted out, which can drive heavier fabrics.
The circulating pump of the overflow dyeing machine is equipped with frequency converter adjustment, but in the actual production process, the operator will choose not to use it to adjust the flow due to troublesome operation.

Because the nozzle regulating valve is very convenient to use, workers are more inclined to use it to control the circulating flow of dye liquor. For example, when workers need to put the fabric into the nozzle from the opening of the overflow dyeing machine, they will keep the nozzle adjusting valve at a small opening and wait for the dye liquor to bring the cloth head into the nozzle into the cloth guide tube, and then slowly increase it. Adjust the opening of the valve to speed up the fabric entering the dyeing machine; when the cloth tail is about to enter the overflow dyeing machine, the worker turns off the opening of the adjusting valve until it is completely closed, and then closes the circulation pump. During the normal dyeing process, the regulating valve usually maintains the maximum opening. Furthermore, when workers meet the safety requirements during the dyeing process and open the cylinder cover of the dyeing machine to check the dyeing quality of the fabric, they will close the adjustment valve opening, and the circulation speed of the fabric will slow down so that they can observe the dyeing effect of the fabric Whether it meets the requirements.

When replacing the nozzle and using the nozzle regulating valve, the rotation speed of the circulating pump always keeps the working frequency in operation, which has little effect on solving the problem of excessive circulating flow and excessive energy consumption. It is a good solution to use the inverter to directly control the speed of the pump motor to adjust the circulating flow.
